Living - and Leading - Above the Line

To live "above the line" is an ongoing process, a lifelong journey. Individual coaching gives you a partner on that journey as you experiment, take risks, change old patterns and confront challenges. For many of my clients, these challenges arise as they are faced with leadership opportunities that call for a new level of creative response, one grounded in values, integrity, and personal courage.

As your coach, at times I will be a sort of "personal trainer," cheering you on to go further than you have before; at times I will be a gentle guide illuminating new distinctions and perspectives; always you will find a non-judgmental place to reflect on your life as the spiritual journey it is.

The coaching relationship is private and confidential. As the client, you can choose to focus on any area or issue in your life and know you will be treated with kindness and respect. At the same time, the process of coaching allows for deep exploration, challenging and stretching your spiritual muscles. Coaching takes place over the phone, usually two one-hour sessions each month. In between sessions, you will often have homework designed to help you learn more about yourself and put spiritual concepts into action.

Over the past six years I have worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, from twenty-somethings exploring their life purpose to business and non-profit leaders. Wherever you are in your personal journey, there is always an opportunity to live-and lead-"above the line."

COST : $150 per hour, reduced rates available as needed. For more information on coaching or to arrange a complimentary sample session email me or call toll-free from the US: 1-877-254-5729

"Working with Ann for several years has really made a difference in my life as a leader. Being a director of a nonprofit can feel very lonely. Coaching has given me a place to take care of my own growth and as a result the growth of my organization. I feel more focused, clear and powerful-working with Ann has just made being a leader more fun."

"I have worked with Ann for the past three years. She pushes me to look at things through different filters/perspectives that bring clear insights into where I get hung up in my personal and professional life. All coaches are not equal-I recommend Ann to folks that are truly interested in pushing their boundaries both personally and professionally."

J.M., Minnesota

"Ann entered my life at a time when my life was completely out of balance. A challenging work environment was draining my energy to the point that I had nothing left for myself or my family. Ann's guidance has taken me back to the center, where I clearly see my priorities. Through the coaching sessions and "homework" she has helped me define who I am and what makes me happy. Ann's advice and simple guiding principles have literally been my guiding light; she is authentic-she really lives her advice. I am so grateful to have her in my life. She is my gift and my call to Center, Balance and Growth so that I can be more me!"

F.R., Minnesota

"I can't recommend Ann highly enough. Working with Ann has stretched me beyond all my expectations. Her style is a wonderful blend of challenge and acceptance, always gently pushing me beyond my self-imposed limits while lovingly encouraging me to fully embrace who I am. Ann's leadership by example makes me a better leader, both with clients and in life. As a result of working with Ann I'm a clearer communicator, a more flexible and balanced business owner, and a more grounded and happier partner. I feel very privileged to work with Ann as my coach."
